Coordinator, Talent Development
Position Overview
The Talent Development Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the Manager, Talent Development and HR Business Partners to implement various programs, projects and initiatives, ultimately advancing MicroVention’s global Talent Strategy, fostering our culture of innovation, and enabling the achievement of organizational goals. Job duties:
- Support the execution of talent programs such as leadership, manager and high potential development, and competency model optimization.
- Close partnership and consistent collaboration with all Talent Development Strategies and related Costa Rica needs.
- Enable informed decision-making by conducting research and comparative analysis on various external programs and vendors.
- Participle in the executive Talent Development Advisory Council (TDAC) meetings by attending and providing the global perspective.
- Support learning effectiveness through managing elements of the Learning Transfer Process, working closely with vendors when needed, ordering materials, and scheduling rooms.
- Assist with program tracking and attendance, including the evaluation of existing assessments and evaluations, monitoring usage and effectiveness of programs, tracking attendance, monitoring behavior change, and reporting out on findings.
- Research best practices, provide suggestions, and contribute to the effectiveness and evolution of MicroVention’s organizational talent strategy.
- Integrate talent development offerings into learning management system (compliance wire); run reports as needed.
- Modify and design “sessions” as needed.
- Assist in the facilitation and/or facilitate sessions.
- Collaborate in the Manage the Talent Development site.
- In charge of translation material for MVCR.
- Consistently document efforts that provide good results for future implementation, incorporate Core Values in all produced items.
- Any additional responsibilities may be assigned.
