Position Overview

Responsible for the machining and maintenance of equipment and process tools
  1. Ensure and promote safety, order and cleanliness in the work area.
  2. Maintain main KPIs: 6S Score, Safety, Quality, On time delivery and Cost.
  3. Set up the tools as well as the equipment to build fixtures or tools.
  4. Manufacture, repair, assemble and inspect tooling or fixtures for production.
  5. Maintain the proper functioning of the precision workshop equipment.
  6. Other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
    1. Mid technician in precision mechanics or equivalent.
    2. Work experience from 2 to 3 years in the use of conventional machines such as lathe, milling machine, grinding machine; as well as cutting tools.
    3. Advanced ability to assemble parts and systems.
    4. Use of CAD (Preferably SolidWorks).
    5. Middle school completed.
    6. Night shift - Monday to Friday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am
