Position Overview

Responsible for supporting manufacturing mainly by entering data; issuing, receiving, and processing parts; and resolving both emergent and chronic problems in the SAP ERP environment. Job duties:
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory and delivery materials; and reporting shortage.
  • Be familiar with production/manufacturing processes.
  • Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
  • Reconcile and investigate inventory discrepancies through cycle count.
  • Support manufacturing level SAP transactions through data entry and analysis.
  • Execute processes in SAP and other software to report material inventory changes.
  • Act as the primary contact for associates needing support with work orders, reconciliation, goods receipt/goods issues, and Reprocess Good Movements errors.
  • Support daily productivity management and cost management.
  • Be proactive, anticipate problems, facilitate problem solving, and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with associates when issues related to materials, processes, and/or written procedures are encountered and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow all related quality, compliance, and company policies and procedures, including compliance with occupational safety regulations.
  • Meet all performance standards and metrics by using time and resources efficiently.
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Job Details

    1. HS diploma or equivalent.
    2. Intermediate math skills.
    3. General knowledge of clean room processes and safety procedures.
    4. Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device assembly.
    5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate on a technical level.
    6. Data entry skills and knowledge of inventory control.
    7. Moderate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
