Position Overview

Support the creation and implementation of global talent management solutions, performance management process, succession planning, and leadership development solutions, programs, and initiatives. As a global role, work closely with global HR partners and build relationships and partnerships with the business globally. Job duties:
  • Partner with Global HR Stakeholder and Global Business Stakeholders to design and deliver performance management educational solutions to People Managers and Associates. Conduct needs analyses, take a consultative approach, research best practices, develop solutions, and measure successful implementation and ongoing management of approaches.
  • Enhance the performance management mindset and processes by partnering with Global HR Stakeholders and HRIS. Lead strategy sessions, gain alignment, and project manage applicable components to ensure successful execution.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team and HR team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization. Help build the talent bench by contributing to the design of the 9-box and succession planning process and creating appropriate tools to address needs. Through these initiatives, assist in launching Individual Development Planning with identified Key Talent.
  • Partner with Global HR Stakeholders and Global Business Stakeholders to align needs and redesign tiered leadership development solutions.
  • Perform administrative duties related to the Learning Management System (LMS) as needed.
  • Build and articulate metrics/measurements and comprehensive reports, present findings, and propose enhancements.
  • Administrative Management: Order materials; schedule rooms; monitor usage and effectiveness of programs; track attendance; monitor behavioral change, report out on findings; integrate Talent Development content into learning management system; and run reports as needed.
  • Facilitate and execute learning and development solutions and programs.
  • Leverage existing resources including content, processes, and reports and “give it new life” by enhancing or repurposing.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required, including other projects and duties.
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Talent Development/Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communications, and/or Project Management.
    2. A minimum of six (6) years of experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related field in a business setting. The required six (6) years to include:
      • minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading an organization through performance management work, 9-box, succession planning, and individual development planning and design, and
      • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in creating and designing leadership development solutions and program, including instructional design.
    3. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in working with a learning management system (LMS).
    4. Strong project and program management skills with the ability to be proactive and take a project and run with it.
    5. Demonstrated high learning agility.
    6. Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data quickly and offer relevant and realistic solutions.
    7. Able to create compelling reports and PPT presentations.
    8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create trusted relationships quickly.
    9. Demonstrated strong relationship management skills.
    10. Clear, concise, and compelling communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    11. Demonstrated strong facilitation skills with the ability to easily engage an audience and manage challenging situations.
    12. Proficient with technology, including Virtual platforms, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Preferred certifications: Franklin Covey, BlueEQ, and/or Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and assessment products.
    2. Global experience.
    3. Fluent in other languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French, Mandarin, etc.).
