Position Overview

Support the HR Business Partner function by handling administrative and transactional duties, as well as assisting with more strategic HR initiatives. Work across all areas of the organization, particularly with the internal HR team as well as U.S. based client groups. Job duties:
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner team to support function initiatives.
  • Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
  • Handle basic employee relations issues; may assist with more complex matters.
  • Implement, administer, and drive completion through follow-up for human resources programs and practices.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Lead annual revision process for Associate Handbook, including obtaining feedback on existing policies, integrating new and revised policies based on changes to law or environment, and driving revision process through final publication.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition with vendor credentialing program and internal transfer process.
  • Prepare exit documentation and assist with exit process.
  • Assist with COVID-19 protocols, contact tracing, and reporting as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required.

    1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2. Three (3) to five (5) years of professional level experience in a highly detailed function/operation.
    3. Detail oriented.
    4. Experience with data collection and analysis.
    5. Fair and objective.
    6. Ability to consider multiple perspectives.
    7. Ability to securely hold confidential and sensitive information.
    8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    9. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Previous HR experience.
    2. Master’s degree.
    3. Experience creating metrics and dashboards with Power BI.
    4. Experience with Workday.
