Position Overview

In charge of training MicroVention personnel and healthcare professionals in the DACH region.
Support the functional marketing responsibilities of new products in DACH region. Development of strategic needs for sales support. Job duties:
  • ­Organize and manages Training programs on MV technologies in the DACH region.
  • Train MVG personnel and customers.
  • Train physicians and other healthcare professionals when applicable.
  • Organize and participate in hands-on.
  • Work in collaboration with Sales Area Managers to collect training needs, elaborate programs and organize trainings.
  • Support trade shows and local events.
  • Maintain high level of clinical and technical knowledge.
  • Support cases if necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities if necessary.
  • Attend and participate in regular group and individual meetings, as designed, to acquire or strength skills and learn about new products or sales program.
  • Comply with local laws in relation with tenders/contracts, vigilance reporting, and relations with Healthcare Professionals.
  • Provide technical support in the DACH region.
  • Work with key customers and analyze customer needs in the DACH region market.
  • Gather and report information on competition.
  • Be an expert in ischemic stroke, liquid embolics, stents, flow-diverters, and future new products.
  • Collect technical feedback on new products and report.
  • Actively promote team building within assigned region.


    1. Knowledge of neurovascular anatomy and neurointerventional techniques.
    2. Ability to articulate MicroVention product use, concept, and outcomes.
    3. Ability to effectively interface with Sales, Marketing, Clinical staff as a team and autonomously.
    4. Ability to interface with physicians and staff.
    5. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific, technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
    6. Ability to make presentations to members of the business community and Healthcare Professionals.
    7. Strong English language skills.
    8. Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
    9. Ability to organize effective events and meetings.
    10. Ability to make presentations to members of the business community.
    11. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    12. Past experience in Interventional Neuroradiology.
    13. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    14. Must have excellent time management skills.
    15. Strong ability to manage and steadily motivate team members.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. ­Past experience calling on Interventional Neuroradiologists preferred.
    2. Scientific degree
