Intern, HRIS
Position Overview
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Intern will work on three (3) projects in support of the department; 1) Assist in the development of questionnaires and expansion of Workday Help 2) Expand our existing job aid library by capturing business processes which help enhance the employee experience when navigating Workday. 3) Assist in managing incoming Help Cases to support our internal customer needs.
Typical duties might include:
Learning to navigate Workday
Identifying process owners
Identify dependencies in system process and functional process
Identify manual processes completed outside of HR Systems
Assist, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries
Present findings to HR Management team.
