Position Overview

Directs and coordinates Lean activities to continuously improve manufacturing processes. Collaborates with the Production Team to improve product throughput, lead time and capacity. Raises awareness for Lean Manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement culture within the department. Typical duties:
  1. Proactively reduces waste, coaches and drives Lean principles
  2. Coordinates continuous improvement projects and support overall Lean initiatives
  3. Develops and standardizes Lean activities like 5S, Kanban, flow and standard work
  4. Audits Lean activities including monthly 5S audits
  5. Maintains specified Kanban levels, reports monthly levels and recommends adjustments as necessary.
  • 1. Industrial engineering student or related field at least 50% of career advancement.
    2. Basic knowledge of language English.
    3. Mechanical or Industrial Technical diploma.
    4. 1-2 years of operations experience. (Technician or assembler).
    5. Basic domain AutoCAD, SketchUp, and / or similar tools proficiency.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and principles
    2. Understanding of medical and biomedical development
    3. Experience utilizing production equipment
    4. Ability to analyze data, present findings and make recommendations
    5. Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
